Linden Hills
There is so much to love about living in the Linden Hills neighborhood in southwest Minneapolis. Whether you love dining at top-rated restaurants, biking around the lakes, walking to the library, or visiting nearby parks, this neighborhood has it all. Here are a few reasons why Linden Hills is so wonderful:
Restaurants
It's pretty special when you can walk to top rated restaurants from your own front door. Daniel del Prado of Martina is a 2019 James Beard semifinalist. A few steps away, Steven Brown of Tilia is a 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019 semifinalist, and a 2017 and 2018 nominee. Don't forget to check outThe Harriet Brasserie, Zumbro Cafe, Naviya's Thai Brasserie and newcomer, Rosalia Pizza. Another seasonal favorite is Bread and Pickle, right near Lake Harriet Bandshell Park.
homes
Linden Hills has an eclectic mix of old and new homes. Some of my favorites are the older homes. The original hard wood floors, windows and front porches are so charming. If you love newer homes, Linden Hills has a fair share of new builds and renovated homes. These homes tend to move faster. So, if you are looking to buy a new build, be sure to tell your agent to keep a close watch for listings. You’ll want to move fast when they go on the market.
